Ancore Auto Care (“Ancore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile vehicle detailing services in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This policy applies to personal information we receive through our website, advertisements, Facebook Page, Messenger, Instagram, direct communications, quotes, booking requests and services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, social media username, email address or telephone number when you choose to provide it.
• Service-request information, including vehicle type, vehicle condition, preferred service, general service area within Ottawa and preferred appointment date and time.
• Communications, including messages, questions, feedback and information you send while requesting a quote or arranging a service.
• Advertising and interaction information made available through Meta, such as the advertisement or campaign through which you contacted us and related message metadata.
• Transaction records related to services we provide, including quote, appointment, payment and service details.

Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your detailing request. We do not intentionally request financial account details, government identification numbers, health information or social media passwords through lead advertisements or chat questions.

2. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and provide accurate quotes;
• confirm service areas, schedule appointments and deliver requested services;
• communicate about an inquiry, booking request, payment or completed service;
• provide customer support and address concerns;

When you submit information through an advertisement, our website or a message, you consent to our use of that information to respond to your request. • Meta Platforms, when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram advertisements and messaging accounts. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers that support communications, scheduling, payment processing, technology or recordkeeping, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security expectations.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor organization in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Some service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. In those cases, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

4. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Our hosting and service providers may process standard technical logs needed to deliver, maintain and secure the website and booking service. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and other third-party services have separate privacy practices that we do not control.
